Explic\u00f3 que antes de la pandemia se alcanz\u00f3 el 70 por ciento de recuperaci\u00f3n en ni\u00f1os con c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p>Entrevistada al respecto, Acu\u00f1a Mart\u00ednez dijo que actualmente se tiene una taza de sobrevivencia del 50 por ciento, en otros pa\u00edses alcanza el 75 por ciento; &#8220;nosotros ten\u00edamos la taza de sobrevida a nivel estatal en el que de 10 ni\u00f1os se curaban 7, sin embargo, por la pandemia y los cambios que ha habido estamos hablando de una taza de diez ni\u00f1os, lamentablemente estamos perdiendo la mitad\u201d, lament\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Al referirse al desabasto de medicamento, la presidenta en Colima de AMANC mencion\u00f3 que, aunque s\u00ec hay falta de medicamentos para ni\u00f1os con c\u00e1ncer, \u201cal final del d\u00eda nos aseguramos que estos ni\u00f1os cumplan con su tratamiento y no lo abandonen por falta de recursos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Reconoci\u00f3 que en las instituciones de salud hacen falta algunos equipos para el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer por falta de mantenimiento, \u201cnosotros desde AMANC estamos solventando este tipo de estudios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Soraya Acu\u00f1a resalt\u00f3 el trabajo que se realiza desde grupos como la Asociaci\u00f3n Warrion C\u00e1ncer, pues \u201chemos trabajado mucho de la mano de las asociaciones, que al final del d\u00eda es como sumamos voluntades e iniciativas que nos permitan asegurar los tratamientos.
