{"id":7337,"date":"2024-02-27T16:45:46","date_gmt":"2024-02-27T22:45:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=7337"},"modified":"2024-02-27T16:45:47","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T22:45:47","slug":"fge-logra-vinculacion-a-proceso-del-hombre-que-presuntamente-privo-de-la-vida-al-secretario-del-ayuntamiento-de-villa-de-alvarez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/02\/27\/fge-logra-vinculacion-a-proceso-del-hombre-que-presuntamente-privo-de-la-vida-al-secretario-del-ayuntamiento-de-villa-de-alvarez\/","title":{"rendered":"FGE logra vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del hombre que presuntamente priv\u00f3 de la vida al Secretario del Ayuntamiento de Villa de \u00c1lvarez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>+ En hechos ocurridos el pasado 9 de febrero de 2024 en un jard\u00edn de la colonia Real de Can\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>Derivado de los trabajos e investigaciones realizadas por personal adscrito a esta Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), se obtuvo de un Juez de Control la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Juan Olaf \u201cN\u201d, quien presuntamente cometi\u00f3 el hecho que la ley se\u00f1ala como delito de homicidio calificado en agravio del hoy finado Secretario del Ayuntamiento de Villa de \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n<p>Como es de recordar, el 9 de febrero de 2024, la v\u00edctima se encontraba en un jard\u00edn de la colonia Real de Can\u00e1 de dicho municipio cuando fue privada de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Con los suficientes datos de prueba aportados por el ministerio p\u00fablico, se obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del hombre, quedando en prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar y un plazo de cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General reitera su compromiso con la sociedad de trabajar incansablemente hasta hacer justicia por los actos delictivos que se cometen en agravio de las familias colimenses, logrando llevar a los responsables de los hechos ante el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional para obtener las sanciones que requieran y con ello evitar la impunidad en los hechos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, contin\u00faa exhortando a que reporten de manera gratuita y responsable ante las l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas, 089 para las denuncias an\u00f3nimas y 911 para las emergencias.
