{"id":7237,"date":"2024-02-23T18:18:19","date_gmt":"2024-02-24T00:18:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=7237"},"modified":"2024-03-04T17:29:00","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T23:29:00","slug":"no-es-suficiente-haber-renunciado-al-pri-margarita-no-debio-asistir-a-actos-del-partido-posterior-a-la-renuncia-iee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/02\/23\/no-es-suficiente-haber-renunciado-al-pri-margarita-no-debio-asistir-a-actos-del-partido-posterior-a-la-renuncia-iee\/","title":{"rendered":"No es suficiente haber renunciado al PRI, Margarita no debi\u00f3 asistir a actos del partido posterior a la renuncia: IEE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Consulta de Movimiento Ciudadano ante el Instituto Electoral del Estado de Colima (IEE Colima) sobre participaci\u00f3n de Margarita Moreno como candidata naranja a la alcald\u00eda de Colima podr\u00eda irse a Tribunales<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior tras la respuesta que emiti\u00f3 el Consejo General en sesi\u00f3n de este viernes 23 en el que la mayor\u00eda vot\u00f3 en el sentido de que: aunque s\u00ed es suficiente haber presentado una renuncia ante el Comit\u00e9 Municipal del PRI, debe contemplarse tambi\u00e9n lo establecido en una jurisprudencia de 2016 que se\u00f1ala que el actor pol\u00edtico no debe haber participado en actos del partido posterior a su renuncia.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de consejeros vot\u00f3, primero en lo general a favor del dict\u00e1men y posteriormente en lo particular, se vot\u00f3 con 6 votos a favor el agregado sustentado en la tesis 2016 planteada en la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, puede se\u00f1alarse que no es suficiente para Margarita Moreno haberse separado ante el comit\u00e9 municipal del PRI antes de la mitad de su trienio, sino que tambi\u00e9n debe acreditar no haber participado en actividades del partido.<\/p>\n<p>Como se recordar\u00e1, el Comit\u00e9 Municipal del PRI asegur\u00f3 que no existe un documento en su poder que acredite la renuncia de Moreno Gonz\u00e1lez en abril de 2023. La misma instancia manifest\u00f3 en rueda de prensa que la alcaldesa particip\u00f3 en diferentes actos partidistas en el segundo semestre del a\u00f1o pasado y nunca manifest\u00f3 o enter\u00f3 a
