{"id":6776,"date":"2024-02-09T16:00:02","date_gmt":"2024-02-09T22:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=6776"},"modified":"2024-02-09T16:00:03","modified_gmt":"2024-02-09T22:00:03","slug":"dos-vinculados-a-proceso-por-robo-equiparado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/02\/09\/dos-vinculados-a-proceso-por-robo-equiparado\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos vinculados a proceso por robo  equiparado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras los datos de prueba suficientes aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), Salvador \u201cN\u201d y Roberto \u201cN\u201d fueron vinculados a proceso por el Juez de Control luego del hecho que la ley se\u00f1ala como delito de robo equiparado, en acontecimientos sucedidos en el municipio de Tecom\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n refiere que el d\u00eda 01 de febrero de este a\u00f1o, los imputados fueron detenidos en la colonia Uni\u00f3n Norte por elementos de la Polic\u00eda Estatal por transitar a bordo de un veh\u00edculo con reporte de robo en el puerto de Manzanillo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos, el juez ratific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n y procedi\u00f3 a la vinculaci\u00f3n para ambas personas, dictando como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorgando a la autoridad ministerial el plazo de un mes para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado sigue trabajando en la investigaci\u00f3n y persecuci\u00f3n de este tipo de delitos que afectan el patrimonio de los ciudadanos, privilegiando ante todo la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y que quienes resulten responsables sean llevados ante la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta estrategia de combate a la delincuencia, es importante la colaboraci\u00f3n de la sociedad a trav\u00e9s de sus denuncias an\u00f3nimas a la l\u00ednea 089 y el reporte de las emergencias al 911, por ello se exhorta nuevamente a la poblaci\u00f3n a realizarlas de manera responsable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras los datos de prueba suficientes aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), Salvador \u201cN\u201d y Roberto \u201cN\u201d fueron vinculados a proceso por el Juez de Control luego del hecho que la ley se\u00f1ala como delito de robo equiparado, en acontecimientos sucedidos en el municipio de Tecom\u00e1n.
