{"id":6749,"date":"2024-02-08T13:15:25","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T19:15:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=6749"},"modified":"2024-02-08T13:15:26","modified_gmt":"2024-02-08T19:15:26","slug":"infonavit-otorgo-31-4-mas-creditos-en-beneficio-de-familias-colimenses-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/02\/08\/infonavit-otorgo-31-4-mas-creditos-en-beneficio-de-familias-colimenses-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Infonavit otorg\u00f3 31.4% m\u00e1s cr\u00e9ditos en beneficio de familias colimenses en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Entre enero y diciembre de 2023, el Instituto otorg\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 3 mil cr\u00e9ditos para derechohabientes de Colima.<br \/>\u25cf La colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos gener\u00f3 una derrama econ\u00f3mica de m\u00e1s de 2 mil millones de pesos en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) otorg\u00f3 3 mil 561 cr\u00e9ditos a las familias de Colima en 2023, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento del 31.4% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o previo; es decir que, durante el a\u00f1o pasado m\u00e1s personas aprovecharon que el Infonavit tiene las tasas de inter\u00e9s m\u00e1s bajas del mercado hipotecario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La colocaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9ditos en el estado gener\u00f3 una derrama econ\u00f3mica de 2 mil 093 millones de pesos, lo que represent\u00f3 un aumento de 31.7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destaca que del total de cr\u00e9ditos otorgados en el estado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 3 mil 031 fueron hipotecarios.<br \/>\u2022 530 fueron para construcci\u00f3n, mejoramiento o ampliaci\u00f3n de vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De forma acumulada, durante esta administraci\u00f3n, el Infonavit ha otorgado 18 mil 443 cr\u00e9ditos en el estado, lo que gener\u00f3 una derrama econ\u00f3mica de 9 mil 126 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para solicitar un Cr\u00e9dito Infonavit, las personas derechohabientes deben entrar a Mi Cuenta Infonavit (micuenta.infonavit.org.mx), precalificarse para saber si se cuentan con los puntos para obtener el tipo de financiamiento que desean solicitar y realizar el curso \u201cSaber m\u00e1s para decidir mejor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conoce todo lo que necesitas saber sobre cr\u00e9ditos, tr\u00e1mites y servicios del Infonavit, de manera sencilla y clara en infonavitfacil.mx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infonavit es una instituci\u00f3n de seguridad social del Estado, que tiene como objetivo otorgar cr\u00e9dito barato y suficiente para que las y los trabajadores puedan acceder a una vivienda adecuada y formar un patrimonio.
