{"id":5973,"date":"2024-01-08T22:13:38","date_gmt":"2024-01-09T04:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=5973"},"modified":"2024-01-08T22:13:38","modified_gmt":"2024-01-09T04:13:38","slug":"publica-el-sat-requisitos-para-permanecer-en-resico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/01\/08\/publica-el-sat-requisitos-para-permanecer-en-resico\/","title":{"rendered":"Publica el SAT requisitos para permanecer en RESICO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) invita mediante un comunicado a las personas f\u00edsicas a cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales para que contin\u00faen con los beneficios que brinda el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO), como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tasas m\u00ednimas para el pago del impuesto sobre la renta (ISR), que van de 1 a 2.5 por ciento.<br \/>\nC\u00e1lculo autom\u00e1tico de impuestos.<\/li>\n<li>Simplificaci\u00f3n de precarga de informaci\u00f3n en las declaraciones.<\/li>\n<li>Los ingresos y gastos se consideran hasta que se perciban y se paguen efectivamente.<\/li>\n<li>El pago del ISR se realiza de forma sencilla, r\u00e1pida y eficaz.<\/li>\n<li>Exenci\u00f3n en el pago del ISR, para aquellos que se dediquen exclusivamente a actividades del sector primario y sus ingresos sean menores a 900 mil pesos al a\u00f1o, siempre y cuando hayan emitido facturas a sus clientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por lo anterior, en el documento se les recuerda que para tributar o permanecer en este r\u00e9gimen, las personas f\u00edsicas, deben:<\/p>\n<p>Estar activos en el RFC.<br \/>\nEstar al corriente con sus obligaciones fiscales.<br \/>\nNo encontrarse en el listado del 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nPresentar los pagos provisionales, as\u00ed como su declaraci\u00f3n anual.<br \/>\nTener ingresos efectivamente pagados menores a 3.5 millones de pesos al a\u00f1o.<br \/>\nContar con e.firma y Buz\u00f3n Tributario activo.<\/p>\n<p>Las personas f\u00edsicas que residan en el extranjero, que tengan uno o varios establecimientos permanentes en el pa\u00eds; cuenten con ingresos sujetos a reg\u00edmenes fiscales preferentes, perciban ingresos que se refieren las fracciones III, IV, V y VI del art\u00edculo 94 de la Ley del ISR o sean socios o accionistas de personas morales, as\u00ed como aquellos que incumplan con los requisitos y obligaciones arriba mencionados, no podr\u00e1n tributar en los t\u00e9rminos de este r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de requerir orientaci\u00f3n respecto de su situaci\u00f3n fiscal, se tiene a disposici\u00f3n de las personas contribuyentes los medios de contacto: OrientaSAT a trav\u00e9s del Portal del SAT, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sat.gob.mx\/personas\/contacto\">https:\/\/www.sat.gob.mx\/personas\/contacto<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) invita mediante un comunicado a las personas f\u00edsicas a cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales para que contin\u00faen con los beneficios que brinda el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO), como: Tasas m\u00ednimas para el pago del impuesto sobre la renta (ISR), que van de 1 a 2.5 por ciento.
