Colima comparte recomendaciones para prevenir accidentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Gobierno del Estado de Colima recomend\u00f3 no conducir bajo los efectos del alcohol, usar el cintur\u00f3n de seguridad, respetar los l\u00edmites de velocidad establecidos y evitar hablar por celular o enviar mensajes de texto mientras conduce, a fin de disminuir el riesgo de sufrir un accidente automovil\u00edstico, particularmente en esta \u00e9poca navide\u00f1a en la que los percances se incrementan.<\/p>\n<p>Sugiri\u00f3 verificar la presi\u00f3n de las llantas, sobre todo si se sale a carretera, y no ingerir alimentos pesados antes de conducir en esta v\u00eda, porque puede provocar sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, porque el personal experto en la materia refiere que el factor humano interviene como elemento causal en nueve de cada diez accidentes, principalmente cuando se suman factores de mayor riesgo como la ingesta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, sustancias no permitidas y manejo por periodos prolongados, sin descansar.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n por no respetar los l\u00edmites de velocidad establecidos, falta de precauci\u00f3n al manejar un veh\u00edculo automotor, no realizar la revisi\u00f3n f\u00edsica del veh\u00edculo antes de salir a carretera, realizar actividades que pongan en riesgo la vida y el desacato a la normatividad, as\u00ed como por usar el tel\u00e9fono celular al conducir.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00e1rea de Prevenci\u00f3n de Accidentes de la dependencia estatal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s hay que considerar las recomendaciones a seguir para el uso de motocicletas, que incluyen el casco adecuado -debidamente colocado y abrochado-, as\u00ed como que en la moto no deben estar menores de doce a\u00f1os ni cargar m\u00e1s de la capacidad de los acompa\u00f1antes para la que fue dise\u00f1ada.<\/p>\n<p>Lo mismo se recomienda usar siempre el cintur\u00f3n de seguridad y no s\u00f3lo la o el conductor, sino tambi\u00e9n acompa\u00f1antes del veh\u00edculo, ya que est\u00e1 comprobado que previene 60 por ciento las lesiones fatales.<\/p>\n<p>Consider\u00f3 adem\u00e1s usar sillas de retenci\u00f3n para
