{"id":5023,"date":"2023-11-17T15:08:16","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T21:08:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=5023"},"modified":"2023-11-17T15:08:16","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T21:08:16","slug":"salud-colima-implementa-acciones-para-evitar-ninas-y-ninos-prematuros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/11\/17\/salud-colima-implementa-acciones-para-evitar-ninas-y-ninos-prematuros\/","title":{"rendered":"Salud Colima implementa acciones para evitar ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os prematuros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Gobierno del Estado de Colima inform\u00f3 que implementa en unidades de salud de primer y segundo nivel de atenci\u00f3n (centros de salud y hospitales) acciones encaminadas a la educaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la salud para prevenir enfermedades o detecci\u00f3n temprana de ellas e identificar familias con factores de riesgo, que incrementen la posibilidad de complicaciones durante los embarazos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior a trav\u00e9s de consulta pre-concepcional (que parejas acudan a unidades antes de embarazarse) para identificar dichos factores y poder acompa\u00f1ar a las familias en su proceso de toma de decisi\u00f3n de una manera informada. Asimismo, realiza tamizajes de riesgo reproductivo, atenci\u00f3n nutricional en la unidad y\/o referencia a la unidad en la que se cuente con el servicio, control de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, e identificaci\u00f3n y tratamiento de infecciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del D\u00eda Mundial del Prematuro, expuso que este a\u00f1o se enfatiza en la necesidad de que madres y padres no sean considerados como visita y tengan acceso irrestricto a las unidades de cuidados intensivos neonatales (UCIN), pues esta medida conlleva beneficios para el desarrollo del beb\u00e9 al favorecer el contacto piel a piel, lactancia y apego precoz, as\u00ed como para las familias al reducir el estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que se trabaja de la mano con el IMSS Bienestar para fortalecer las carteras de servicios en las UCIN con plantilla de personal, equipamiento de espacios y abasto de insumos para la atenci\u00f3n de la salud, a fin de incrementar la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y de enfermer\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que las complicaciones de la prematuridad constituyen la principal causa de muerte en el periodo neonatal y recalc\u00f3 que las ni\u00f1as y los ni\u00f1os pueden nacer de manera prematura debido a un trabajo de parto prematuro espont\u00e1neo o por indicaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para planificar la inducci\u00f3n del parto o adelantar un parto mediante ces\u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p>Report\u00f3 que en el estado se han tenido 47 mil 600 nacimientos con condici\u00f3n de t\u00e9rmino entre 2019 y octubre 2023, y 3 mil 433 en condici\u00f3n de prematuros, un total de 51 mil 093 nacimientos en este periodo.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tiled-gallery type-rectangular tiled-gallery-unresized\"
