{"id":4112,"date":"2023-10-26T18:18:38","date_gmt":"2023-10-27T00:18:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=4112"},"modified":"2023-10-26T18:18:38","modified_gmt":"2023-10-27T00:18:38","slug":"equidad-y-justicia-social-valores-intrinsecos-para-el-desarrollo-de-mexico-ammeec","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/10\/26\/equidad-y-justicia-social-valores-intrinsecos-para-el-desarrollo-de-mexico-ammeec\/","title":{"rendered":"Equidad y Justicia Social, valores intr\u00ednsecos para el desarrollo de M\u00e9xico: AMMEEC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de su 24 aniversario, la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Mujeres Empresarias del Estado de Colima (AMMEC), realiz\u00f3 este jueves el Seminario \u201cMujeres Forjando Empresas con Equidad y Justicia Social\u201d, el cual tiene el objetivo de avanzar en esa materia, pues consideran que, aunque se ha avanzado en la creaci\u00f3n de leyes, poco se ha logrado en el cumplimiento de las mismas.<\/p>\n<p>Al inaugurar el Seminario, Elsa Arellano Valles, presidenta de esta agrupaci\u00f3n, asever\u00f3 que en AMMEEC la sororidad es el principal valor, es por eso por lo que en este seminario \u201cMujeres Forjando Empresas con Equidad y Justicia Social\u201d se quiere lograr adem\u00e1s de capacitarnos para administrar cada vez mejor nuestras empresas y hacerlas crecer, abordar temas tan importantes actualmente como la equidad y la justicia.<\/p>\n<p>Con la asistencia de Violeta Larios Valencia, vicepresidenta de AMMEEC, Francisco Javier Pinto Torres, subsecretario del Trabajo; Erika Garc\u00eda Galv\u00e1n, coordinadora del Programa de Refugios del estado de Colima; Cris Guzm\u00e1n Benavides, directora de Innovaci\u00f3n y Cultura Emprendedora de la UdeC, Maira Gonz\u00e1lez Flores, directora del Centro Universitario para la Igualdad y Estudio de G\u00e9nero de la Universidad de Colima, coment\u00f3 que \u201cestamos viviendo una etapa creciente para las mujeres, hoy Colima cuenta con la segunda gobernadora y tenemos varias presidentas municipales, muy pronto M\u00e9xico ser\u00e1 dirigido por una mujer. \u201cCada vez m\u00e1s mujeres adquieren t\u00edtulos de licenciatura, maestr\u00eda y doctorado. Tambi\u00e9n cada vez m\u00e1s empresas son dirigidas por mujeres\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Hemos avanzado, subray\u00f3, gracias a mujeres valientes, a veces hasta radicales, m\u00e1s a\u00fan tenemos una gran responsabilidad para avanzar en la equidad y la justicia.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Patricia S\u00e1nchez Espinoza, directora del Archivo Hist\u00f3rico de Colima, en representaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal de Colima, Margarita Moreno, expres\u00f3 que es muy importante este seminario, principalmente por la equidad y la justicia social, esto \u00faltimo es lo que se est\u00e1 buscando la igualdad a trav\u00e9s de la equidad, \u201cporque en un mundo desigual si se pone un est\u00e1ndar de igualdad se crear\u00e1 un ambiente de desigualdad, primero se necesita emparejar el piso para despu\u00e9s hablar de igualdad\u201d, extern\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes los dirigentes de la CMIC, COPARMEX, CANIRAC, CANACINTRA, de la Industria del Vestido, el
