{"id":4025,"date":"2023-10-25T15:30:09","date_gmt":"2023-10-25T21:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=4025"},"modified":"2023-10-25T15:30:09","modified_gmt":"2023-10-25T21:30:09","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-una-mujer-y-un-hombre-por-falsedad-ante-la-autoridad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/10\/25\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-una-mujer-y-un-hombre-por-falsedad-ante-la-autoridad\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a una mujer y un hombre por falsedad ante la autoridad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), aport\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes y logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una mujer y un hombre por lo que la ley se\u00f1ala como delito de falsedad ante la autoridad.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, los ahora imputados se condujeron con falsedad ante el Juez Segundo Mercantil de Colima, donde llevaban un proceso legal por despido injustificado de un trabajador, negando que conoc\u00edan al denunciante, el cual les hab\u00eda prestado una cantidad de dinero y despu\u00e9s fue despedido.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que despu\u00e9s de negar estos actos ante el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional, se pudo comprobar mediante el peritaje de grafoscop\u00eda que la firma s\u00ed correspond\u00eda a la de la imputada demostrando as\u00ed que mintieron en sus declaraciones.<\/p>\n<p>En la audiencia inicial, se vincul\u00f3 a proceso a estas personas y se dict\u00f3 un plazo de 3 meses para las investigaciones complementarias.<\/p>\n<p>La FGE prosigue con los trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n para la persecuci\u00f3n y esclarecimiento de estos delitos hasta capturar a las personas involucradas para presentarlas ante la justicia y salvaguardar los derechos de las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante contar con el apoyo de la poblaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de sus denuncias an\u00f3nimas a la l\u00ednea 089 y el reporte de las emergencias al 911, por ello se insiste en el uso responsable de estas alternativas de comunicaci\u00f3n directa con la autoridad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), aport\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes y logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una mujer y un hombre por lo que la ley se\u00f1ala como delito de falsedad ante la autoridad.
