{"id":3794,"date":"2023-10-19T16:52:10","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T22:52:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=3794"},"modified":"2023-10-19T16:52:10","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T22:52:10","slug":"salud-colima-con-tabaquismo-hay-mayor-riesgo-de-padecer-osteoporosis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/10\/19\/salud-colima-con-tabaquismo-hay-mayor-riesgo-de-padecer-osteoporosis\/","title":{"rendered":"Salud Colima: Con tabaquismo hay mayor riesgo de padecer osteoporosis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Gobierno del Estado de Colima, inform\u00f3 que el tabaquismo tiene fuertes efectos en la disminuci\u00f3n de la densidad mineral \u00f3sea, por lo que las personas que consumen tabaco tienen mayor riesgo de padecer osteoporosis, al grado de que una de cada ocho fracturas de cadera se atribuye a este h\u00e1bito.<\/p>\n<p>La dependencia estatal a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el riesgo de fractura de cadera entre las personas fumadoras es mayor en todas las edades, pero aumenta a un 17% a los 60 a\u00f1os de edad y al 71% a los 80 a\u00f1os, causando discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los huesos en mujeres mayores de 50 a\u00f1os se vuelven m\u00e1s fr\u00e1giles con la disminuci\u00f3n de estr\u00f3genos a consecuencia de la menopausia, por lo que tienen que incrementar las dosis de calcio que consumen e incluir un programa de ejercicio en su vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n<p>En el D\u00eda Mundial de la Osteoporosis, la dependencia explic\u00f3 que \u00e9sta es una enfermedad en la que la disminuci\u00f3n de la masa \u00f3sea hace que los huesos de las personas se vuelvan fr\u00e1giles y m\u00e1s propensos a fracturarse. Y aunque las fracturas pueden ocurrir en cualquier parte del esqueleto, suelen ser m\u00e1s frecuentes en las v\u00e9rtebras, f\u00e9mur, mu\u00f1ecas y cadera.<\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que para mantener huesos fuertes y saludables es importante consumir una dieta equilibrada y rica en nutrientes, entre los cuales se incluyen el calcio, la vitamina D, la vitamina K, el magnesio y el f\u00f3sforo.
