estatales y federales preparan Plan de Seguridad Feria Colima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La secretaria general de Gobierno en el estado de Colima, Ma Guadalupe Sol\u00eds Ram\u00edrez, encabez\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n con representantes de las diversas dependencias estatales y federales, entre ellas las secretar\u00edas de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP), Defensa Nacional (Sedena), Marina (Semar) y Guardia Nacional (GN), as\u00ed como la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), que participar\u00e1n en el operativo especial para garantizar la seguridad de quienes visiten la edici\u00f3n 84 de la Feria de Todos los Santos Colima 2023, que se efectuar\u00e1 del 27 de octubre al 12 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo es poner en marcha el Plan de Seguridad Feria Colima 2023, en coordinaci\u00f3n con los tres niveles de gobierno, a fin de optimizar los recursos humanos y materiales para su distribuci\u00f3n en pro de la prevenci\u00f3n del delito y garantizar la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n que asistir\u00e1 al m\u00e1ximo festejo anual, que permitan la prevenci\u00f3n de riegos y la atenci\u00f3n oportuna a emergencias durante el periodo de la misma.<\/p>\n<p>La explicaci\u00f3n del Plan de Seguridad Feria Colima 2023 estuvo a cargo del subsecretario de Operaciones de la SSP, capit\u00e1n Jos\u00e9 Manuel Zatarain Liz\u00e1rraga, quien dio a conocer los pormenores de los patrullajes que se realizar\u00e1n a pie dentro del recinto ferial as\u00ed como patrullajes con unidades vehiculares balizadas en el exterior y periferia de las instalaciones, que se reforzar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de arcos de seguridad, c\u00e1mara de video-vigilancia y sistema de radiocomunicaci\u00f3n, con elementos de las diversas corporaciones en cada uno de los cuadrantes.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 la coordinaci\u00f3n que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo con otras dependencias, como la Subsecretar\u00eda de Movilidad y la Polic\u00eda Vial del Ayuntamiento de Colima, respecto al control vial, para el mejor desarrollo en el servicio del transporte p\u00fablico colectivo y taxi, veh\u00edculos particulares y estacionamientos, que permitan garantizar un adecuado flujo tanto de quienes acuden en autos como quienes lo hacen por otros medios.<\/p>\n<p>De la misma manera, se tiene definido el desglose de puestos de apoyo ubicados estrat\u00e9gicamente, para una mejor cobertura, para coordinar, controlar y verificar asuntos operaciones del Plan de Seguridad Feria 2023, con un dispositivo permanente de video-vigilancia que funcionar\u00e1 durante el lapso de este festejo como Centro Coordinador de Mando, en caso de detectarse alg\u00fan riesgo o incidente.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se contar\u00e1 con suficiente personal capacitado en primeros auxilios, emergencias m\u00e9dicas, combate de incendios, rescate y dem\u00e1s \u00e1reas que atender\u00e1 la Unidad Estatal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil (UEPC) para hacer frente a eventuales incidentes de este tipo que pudieran presentarse.<\/p>\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron Pamela Caldera Caldera, secretaria ejecutiva del Sistema Estatal de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SESESP); Blanca Livier Rodr\u00edguez Osorio, subsecretaria de Movilidad (Subsemov); Erick Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez S\u00e1nchez, director general de la UEPC; Rodolfo Aguilar D\u00e1valos, director del Instituto de Fomento de Ferias y Exposiciones (Iffecol); el capit\u00e1n Carlos Enrique G\u00e1lvez Garc\u00eda (C5i); Jos\u00e9 Benito Romero L\u00edbano, coordinador estatal de la Guardia Nacional; y Eduardo N\u00fa\u00f1ez Cervantes, director de Log\u00edstica del Gobierno del Estado, adem\u00e1s de representantes de Sedena, Semar y la Polic\u00eda Estatal Preventiva (PEP), entre otros.<\/p>\n<div
