{"id":2670,"date":"2023-09-22T19:18:20","date_gmt":"2023-09-23T01:18:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=2670"},"modified":"2023-09-22T19:18:20","modified_gmt":"2023-09-23T01:18:20","slug":"en-colima-se-busca-fortalecer-la-incorporacion-de-personas-trabajadoras-del-hogar-al-imss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/09\/22\/en-colima-se-busca-fortalecer-la-incorporacion-de-personas-trabajadoras-del-hogar-al-imss\/","title":{"rendered":"En Colima se busca fortalecer la incorporaci\u00f3n de personas trabajadoras del hogar al IMSS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con la finalidad de incentivar que las y los habitantes de la entidad que cuentan con personal de apoyo en sus hogares regularicen su situaci\u00f3n ante el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social y les brinden a sus trabajadoras y trabajadores seguridad social, la Subsecretar\u00eda del Trabajo del Gobierno del Estado, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el IMSS, realizan brigadas informativas por diversas colonias populares.<\/p>\n<p>El subsecretario del Trabajo, Francisco Javier Pinto Torres, dio a conocer que las personas trabajadoras del hogar, as\u00ed presten sus servicios un s\u00f3lo d\u00eda a la semana, deben recibir seguridad por ese d\u00eda laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas medidas se buscar que tanto las personas contratantes como las trabajadoras, cuenten con un trato digno, respetuoso y amable, se tendr\u00e1 un mejor manejo en el cuidado y la conservaci\u00f3n de la casa, y que las y los trabajadores puedan acceder a servicios m\u00e9dicos, hospitalarios, farmac\u00e9uticos, incapacidades, pensi\u00f3n por invalidez y vida, entre otros servicios.<\/p>\n<p>El tr\u00e1mite de inscripci\u00f3n es sencillo y simple, se deben ingresar los datos del patr\u00f3n o patrona, los datos de la persona trabajadora del hogar, generar el formato de incorporaci\u00f3n y realizar los pagos hasta el d\u00eda 20 de cada mes.
