Es resultado de una encomienda de nuestra Gobernadora y de a\u00f1os de trabajo para recuperar infraestructura h\u00eddrica. Rehabilitamos 11 plantas purificadoras y hoy contamos con 26 purificadoras en comunidades, colonias, escuelas y universidades, donde un garraf\u00f3n cuesta solamente 5 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora damos un paso m\u00e1s con el reparto a domicilio por 10 pesos en zonas prioritarias, dando prioridad a personas adultas mayores, personas con discapacidad y jefas de familia.\u00a0 Frente a precios comerciales de entre 15 y 55 pesos, representa un apoyo real para la econom\u00eda familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Esto contrasta con la visi\u00f3n neoliberal que convirti\u00f3 derechos y servicios en mercanc\u00edas. Bajo esa l\u00f3gica se debilit\u00f3 lo p\u00fablico y necesidades fundamentales quedaron sujetas a la capacidad econ\u00f3mica de las personas. El agua tampoco estuvo exenta.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso Agua Bienestar va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del reparto de garrafones. Significa recuperar infraestructura que pertenece al pueblo y ponerla al servicio de la gente, demostrar que puede funcionar con eficiencia y defender una convicci\u00f3n humanista: hay cosas cuyo valor social es mucho mayor que su valor comercial. El agua es una de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, compartimos la visi\u00f3n de nuestra Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum y nuestra Gobernadora Indira Vizca\u00edno: fortalecer al Estado para garantizar derechos, combatir la corrupci\u00f3n para que los recursos alcancen y poner las instituciones al servicio de las mayor\u00edas. Agua Bienestar no sustituye el servicio de agua potable por red ni pretende hacer negocio con el agua; su costo social sostiene su operaci\u00f3n y calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Estoy convencido de que nuestra Gobernadora Indira Vizca\u00edno pasar\u00e1 a la historia como la gobernadora que m\u00e1s se ha preocupado y ocupado por el porvenir h\u00eddrico de Colima. Detr\u00e1s de este esfuerzo est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n el trabajo de CIAPACOV, del Sindicato y de nuestro compa\u00f1ero Eduardo Bibiano.<\/p>\n<p>Todav\u00eda existen retos, pero el rumbo es claro. Durante a\u00f1os nos dijeron que lo p\u00fablico era ineficiente; hoy demostramos que con honestidad, responsabilidad y voluntad pol\u00edtica puede traducirse en derechos, ahorro y bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>Esa es la transformaci\u00f3n que defendemos: pasar del abandono a la recuperaci\u00f3n, del privilegio al bienestar y del agua como mercanc\u00eda al agua como derecho humano. Seguiremos trabajando por el porvenir de nuestra Colima.<\/p>\n<p>Que siga la transformaci\u00f3n hasta que la dignidad se haga
