{"id":23337,"date":"2026-06-05T19:13:27","date_gmt":"2026-06-06T01:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=23337"},"modified":"2026-06-05T19:13:27","modified_gmt":"2026-06-06T01:13:27","slug":"subsectur-entrega-certificaciones-a-cocineras-tradicionales-de-colima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2026\/06\/05\/subsectur-entrega-certificaciones-a-cocineras-tradicionales-de-colima\/","title":{"rendered":"Subsectur entrega certificaciones a cocineras tradicionales de Colima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Subsecretar\u00eda de Turismo (Subsectur) del Gobierno del Estado de Colima que preside la mandataria Indira Vizca\u00edno Silva, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Facultad de Turismo de la Universidad de Colima y la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y de Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac), entreg\u00f3 certificados de competencia laboral en el est\u00e1ndar EC1084 \u2018Preparaci\u00f3n de gastronom\u00eda mexicana popular y tradicional\u2019, emitidos por el Consejo Nacional de Normalizaci\u00f3n y Certificaci\u00f3n de Competencias Laborales (Conocer), a nueve cocineras -ocho del colectivo Mujeres de Fuego-, dedicadas a la promoci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de la cocina tradicional colimense.<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Padilla Castillo, subsecretario estatal de Turismo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de reconocer formalmente los conocimientos y habilidades que forman parte de la identidad cultural de Colima; se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta certificaci\u00f3n brinda herramientas para impulsar el desarrollo profesional de las participantes y fortalecer el turismo gastron\u00f3mico. El proceso se realiz\u00f3 gracias a una iniciativa impulsada en colaboraci\u00f3n con Airbnb y el Conservatorio de la Cultura Gastron\u00f3mica Mexicana, enfocada en reconocer los saberes culinarios transmitidos de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Subsectur coordin\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de nueve cocineras, la mayor\u00eda del colectivo Mujeres de Fuego, as\u00ed como la colaboraci\u00f3n de Canirac Colima y la Facultad de Turismo de la UdeC, que facilit\u00f3 su Laboratorio de Alimentos y Bebidas para las jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n. La certificaci\u00f3n acredita conocimientos, habilidades y experiencia adquiridos a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica profesional, con validez oficial en toda la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno del Estado de Colima reafirma su compromiso con la capacitaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de las y los prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos, as\u00ed como con la conservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio gastron\u00f3mico de la entidad. La administraci\u00f3n encabezada por la gobernadora Indira Vizca\u00edno continuar\u00e1 impulsando iniciativas que eleven la calidad de la oferta tur\u00edstica y consoliden a Colima como un destino
