{"id":23044,"date":"2026-05-21T22:26:57","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T04:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=23044"},"modified":"2026-05-21T22:26:57","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T04:26:57","slug":"aprueban-incentivos-fiscales-para-cuauhtemoc-y-colima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2026\/05\/21\/aprueban-incentivos-fiscales-para-cuauhtemoc-y-colima\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban incentivos fiscales para Cuauht\u00e9moc y Colima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por unanimidad, diputadas y diputados de la LXI Legislatura, aprobaron dos dict\u00e1menes correspondientes a iniciativas propuestas por los Ayuntamientos de Cuauht\u00e9moc y Colima, mediante los que se otorgan est\u00edmulos fiscales a sus contribuyentes.<\/p>\n<p>Para el municipio de Cuauht\u00e9moc, se autoriz\u00f3 el 100% de descuento en multas y recargos por la falta de pago del impuesto predial, para las personas que realicen el pago total de sus adeudos respecto del ejercicio fiscal 2026 y ejercicios fiscales anteriores. Este incentivo estar\u00e1 vigente desde el 21 de mayo hasta el 31 de julio.<\/p>\n<p>En el caso del municipio de Colima, consisten en 100% de descuento de multas y recargos en los siguientes rubos:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Impuesto predial, respecto del ejercicio fiscal 2026 y a\u00f1os anteriores, para quienes cubran el pago por anualidad adelantada correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2026.<br \/>\n\u2022 Infracciones en materia de tr\u00e1nsito y vialidad, de 2026 y a\u00f1os anteriores.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mantenimiento y limpieza de lotes del cementerio municipal, correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal 2026 y a\u00f1os anteriores.<br \/>\n\u2022 Refrendo de licencias comerciales, y establecimientos con giros de venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, respecto del ejercicio fiscal 2026, as\u00ed como la ampliaci\u00f3n del plazo para el pago de estos refrendos hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Estos incentivos entrar\u00e1n en vigor el 1 de junio y permanecer\u00e1n vigentes hasta el 31 de diciembre, excepto los relacionados con licencias comerciales, los cu\u00e1les vencer\u00e1n el 30 de noviembre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por unanimidad, diputadas y diputados de la LXI Legislatura, aprobaron dos dict\u00e1menes correspondientes a iniciativas propuestas por los Ayuntamientos de Cuauht\u00e9moc y Colima, mediante los que se otorgan est\u00edmulos fiscales a sus contribuyentes.
