{"id":21475,"date":"2026-02-19T19:03:23","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T01:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=21475"},"modified":"2026-02-19T19:03:23","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T01:03:23","slug":"con-exito-se-realizo-el-foro-hablemos-de-neurodiversidad-voces-que-importan-que-ofrecio-el-gobierno-del-estado-de-colima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2026\/02\/19\/con-exito-se-realizo-el-foro-hablemos-de-neurodiversidad-voces-que-importan-que-ofrecio-el-gobierno-del-estado-de-colima\/","title":{"rendered":"Con \u00e9xito se realiz\u00f3 el Foro \u2018Hablemos de Neurodiversidad: Voces que Importan\u2019 que ofreci\u00f3 el Gobierno del Estado de Colima"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar, Inclusi\u00f3n Social y Mujeres (Sebiinsom) del Gobierno del Estado de Colima, que encabeza la mandataria Indira Vizca\u00edno Silva, realiz\u00f3 la tarde de este jueves el foro de di\u00e1logo \u2018Hablemos de Neurodiversidad: Voces que Importan\u2019, en el que especialistas, madres, padres y personas cuidadoras abordaron temas relacionados con la neurodiversidad y la crianza con empat\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La titular de la Sebiinsom, Viridiana Valencia Vargas, destac\u00f3 la importancia de garantizar una atenci\u00f3n adecuada a las infancias y de fortalecer espacios de di\u00e1logo, reflexi\u00f3n y mejora de pr\u00e1cticas, subrayando como un logro hist\u00f3rico la construcci\u00f3n del Centro de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n e Inclusi\u00f3n Infantil Telet\u00f3n (CRIT) en Colima \u2013cuya primera piedra se coloc\u00f3 este jueves- y el compromiso de la gobernadora Indira Vizca\u00edno con todas las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas incluyentes.<\/p>\n<p>La ponente Diana Espinosa Rinc\u00f3n explic\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino Asperger desde una perspectiva de respeto e inclusi\u00f3n, y enfatiz\u00f3 que la neurodiversidad implica un aprendizaje constante, invitando a todas las madres y padres de familia, as\u00ed como a personal educativo, a conocer a fondo este tema y aprovechar estos espacios de acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el foro tambi\u00e9n participaron como ponentes M\u00f3nica Huerta Faustino, Martha Leticia Silva Mart\u00ednez y Enoc David Ruiz, quienes compartieron experiencias, reflexiones y herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para promover una crianza m\u00e1s consciente e inclusiva. Entre el p\u00fablico estuvieron la diputada Evangelina Bustamante Morales y Manuel Vega Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Colima (CDHEC), refrendando
