{"id":2107,"date":"2023-08-22T17:36:03","date_gmt":"2023-08-22T23:36:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=2107"},"modified":"2023-08-22T17:36:03","modified_gmt":"2023-08-22T23:36:03","slug":"iaam-ofrece-platica-sobre-auto-cuidado-de-personas-adultas-mayores-en-lo-de-villa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/08\/22\/iaam-ofrece-platica-sobre-auto-cuidado-de-personas-adultas-mayores-en-lo-de-villa\/","title":{"rendered":"IAAM ofrece pl\u00e1tica sobre auto-cuidado de Personas Adultas Mayores, en Lo de Villa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En el marco de las actividades conmemorativas durante Agosto, Mes de las Personas Adultas Mayores, el Instituto para la Atenci\u00f3n de Adultos Mayores (IAAM) del Gobierno del Estado de Colima, ofreci\u00f3 el conversatorio Auto-cuidado de las personas adultas mayores en la comunidad Lo de Villa, del municipio capitalino, con ese grupo etario en esa localidad.<\/p>\n<p>La charla reuni\u00f3 a una nutrida audiencia interesada en promover el bienestar y la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n adulta mayor, estuvo encabezada por los ponentes Daniel Gracia Rinc\u00f3n y Dora Y\u00e1\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Garc\u00eda abord\u00f3 la importancia de fomentar el auto-cuidado en esta etapa de la vida y resalt\u00f3 la necesidad de mantener h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables, como una alimentaci\u00f3n equilibrada, la pr\u00e1ctica regular de ejercicio f\u00edsico adaptado, y la atenci\u00f3n a aspectos emocionales y sociales para promover una vejez activa y satisfactoria.<\/p>\n<p>Dora Y\u00e1\u00f1ez ponder\u00f3 la relevancia del cuidado emocional y mental en las personas adultas mayores y explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los factores como el aislamiento social, la depresi\u00f3n y ansiedad pueden afectar la salud mental en esta etapa de la vida; propuso estrategias pr\u00e1cticas para mantener una mente activa, positiva y resiliente.<\/p>\n<p>El numeroso p\u00fablico tuvo una participaci\u00f3n activa, planteando diferentes preguntas relativas a su edad y bienestar; adem\u00e1s de compartir sus experiencias personales.
