se atendieron en unidades de primer, segundo y tercer nivel, as\u00ed como en las unidades m\u00e9dicas de especialidades, un total de 21 mil 127 personas por diversas condiciones de salud mental, de las cuales 5 mil 204 fueron consultas de primera vez y 15 mil 923 consultas subsecuentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n durante el a\u00f1o reci\u00e9n concluido se brindaron 6 mil 813 consultas de Psiquiatr\u00eda, de las cuales mil 109 fueron de primera vez y 5 mil 704 subsecuentes, adem\u00e1s de otorgar 696 intervenciones psicosociales y 18 mil 224 tratamientos farmacol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aun cuando la principal causa de los problemas de salud mental y discapacidad en todo el mundo es la depresi\u00f3n, las principales condiciones mentales que se atendieron el a\u00f1o pasado en el estado de Colima son trastornos de ansiedad, seguidos por trastornos psic\u00f3ticos y la depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), las recomendaciones para mantener una salud mental adecuada son informarse sobre recomendaciones en temas de este rubro que ofrecen las autoridades, seguir una rutina diaria que implique h\u00e1bitos de buen trato como mantener un sue\u00f1o regular, alimentaci\u00f3n balanceada, ejercicio de forma habitual y evitar el consumo de alcohol y otras sustancias psicoactivas.
