{"id":19321,"date":"2025-10-23T12:11:27","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T18:11:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=19321"},"modified":"2025-10-23T12:11:27","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T18:11:27","slug":"dif-estatal-colima-promueve-la-alimentacion-saludable-con-charlas-y-actividades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2025\/10\/23\/dif-estatal-colima-promueve-la-alimentacion-saludable-con-charlas-y-actividades\/","title":{"rendered":"DIF Estatal Colima promueve la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable con charlas y actividades"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco de la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de la Alimentaci\u00f3n, el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF) del Gobierno del Estado de Colima, llev\u00f3 a cabo charlas y talleres de capacitaci\u00f3n en alimentaci\u00f3n saludable en distintas colonias y comunidades de la entidad, con el objetivo de fomentar mejores h\u00e1bitos alimenticios entre la poblaci\u00f3n colimense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directora general del DIF Estatal Colima, Diana Xally Zepeda Figueroa, destac\u00f3 que estas actividades se realizan como parte del compromiso del organismo por fortalecer la salud integral de las familias colimenses; \u201cel D\u00eda Mundial de la Alimentaci\u00f3n es una oportunidad para recordar la importancia de mantener una dieta adecuada, equilibrada y acorde con las necesidades de cada persona\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante estas jornadas, se imparten talleres de cocina saludable, donde las y los asistentes aprenden recetas sencillas, nutritivas y econ\u00f3micas, reforzando los principios del \u2018Plato del buen comer\u2019; las din\u00e1micas incluyen la preparaci\u00f3n de platillos con ingredientes accesibles y de alto valor nutricional, demostrando que comer bien no necesariamente implica un gasto elevado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ofrecen charlas por profesionales de la salud sobre la importancia de una buena nutrici\u00f3n en cada etapa de la vida. Tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 un taller de loncheras saludables, dise\u00f1ado para madres, padres y personas cuidadoras, que promueve desayunos equilibrados y atractivos para ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, en apego al nuevo reglamento de cero comidas chatarras en las escuelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Record\u00f3 que este organismo cuenta con un \u00e1rea de Nutrici\u00f3n que brinda atenci\u00f3n personalizada y elabora men\u00fas balanceados de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada persona. La atenci\u00f3n se ofrece de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 14:30 horas, con una cuota de recuperaci\u00f3n simb\u00f3lica.
