Sedeco al Congreso por aprobar Plan Emergente propuesto por Indira Vizca\u00edno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (Sedeco) del Gobierno del Estado de Colima reconoce al Poder Legislativo de la entidad, al aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad la dispensa temporal del pago del Impuesto sobre N\u00f3minas (ISN), como parte de las acciones emergentes planteadas por la gobernadora Indira Vizca\u00edno Silva a trav\u00e9s de \u2018Di\u00e1logos por la Transformaci\u00f3n\u2019, para respaldar a las y los comerciantes afectados por las obras de construcci\u00f3n del paso superior vehicular Arco Norte, en el Tercer Anillo Perif\u00e9rico y avenida Venustiano Carranza, en esta capital.<\/p>\n<p>Como dio a conocer el propio Congreso del Estado de Colima, esta medida tendr\u00e1 vigencia del 1 de septiembre de 2025 al 30 de junio de 2026, y ser\u00e1 aplicable \u00fanicamente a personas f\u00edsicas y morales que acrediten su afectaci\u00f3n directa ante la autoridad fiscal competente.<\/p>\n<p>Esta dispensa fiscal se suma a otras acciones puntuales a favor de las y los comerciantes afectados, como el censo individual de negocios realizado por la Sedeco, con el objetivo de identificar necesidades espec\u00edficas y facilitar el acceso a cr\u00e9ditos blandos, otra medida de contenci\u00f3n puesta en marcha para garantizar la continuidad de las actividades comerciales en la zona.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno del Estado de Colima refrenda su compromiso de acompa\u00f1ar al sector productivo y la iniciativa privada durante el desarrollo de esta que es una m\u00e1s de las #ObrasQueTransforman y que es estrat\u00e9gica, impulsando medidas inmediatas que protejan el dinamismo econ\u00f3mico y fortalezcan al comercio
