{"id":1643,"date":"2023-07-19T14:57:39","date_gmt":"2023-07-19T20:57:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=1643"},"modified":"2023-07-19T14:57:39","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T20:57:39","slug":"axa-seguros-se-niega-a-responder-en-el-caso-de-socorro-santana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2023\/07\/19\/axa-seguros-se-niega-a-responder-en-el-caso-de-socorro-santana\/","title":{"rendered":"AXA seguros se niega a responder en el caso de Socorro Santana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AXA, empresa aseguradora,\u00a0 no quiere responder por la muerte de la se\u00f1ora Socorro Santana Monroy quien muri\u00f3 de manera inmediata tras el impacto generado por Cristian &#8220;N&#8221; de 22 a\u00f1os de edad y habitante de Loma de los Flores de Zapotitl\u00e1n de Badillo, quien conduc\u00eda totalmente alcoholizado.<\/p>\n<p>El impacto ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 28 de mayo del presente, en el kil\u00f3metro 10 de la carretera Zapotitl\u00e1n de Vadillo-Colima.<\/p>\n<p>La camioneta en la que viajaba la se\u00f1ora Socorro Santana cuenta con un seguro que establece una cobertura amplia, inclusive con da\u00f1os a terceros, pero no se quiere hacer responsable.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No se quieren hacer responsable de la muerte porque no la considera una tercera perjudicada&#8221; se\u00f1al\u00f3 Adolfo Romero, esposo de la finada quien asegur\u00f3 que su esposa por supuesto que es una tercera afectada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Como no es tercera afectada, si falleci\u00f3 dentro de la camioneta y el seguro no quiere responder, pese a la p\u00f3liza que tiene esta cobertura&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La familia de la se\u00f1ora Socorro Santana exige que la aseguradora AXA responda y se haga responsable del seguro que se ha estado pagando puntualmente por parte del propietario del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n<p>El propietario del veh\u00edculo en el que muri\u00f3 Socorro Santana, asegura que de manera puntual se han hecho los pagos, por lo que es il\u00f3gico que no se quieran hacer responsable de una persona que iba en la misma camioneta asegurada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AXA, empresa aseguradora,\u00a0 no quiere responder por la muerte de la se\u00f1ora Socorro Santana Monroy quien muri\u00f3 de manera inmediata tras el impacto generado por Cristian &#8220;N&#8221; de 22 a\u00f1os de edad y habitante de Loma de los Flores de Zapotitl\u00e1n de Badillo, quien conduc\u00eda totalmente alcoholizado.
