{"id":12186,"date":"2024-11-27T19:02:29","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T01:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=12186"},"modified":"2024-11-27T19:02:29","modified_gmt":"2024-11-28T01:02:29","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-hombre-por-presuntamente-disparar-arma-de-fuego-robar-un-vehiculo-y-poseer-droga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/11\/27\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-hombre-por-presuntamente-disparar-arma-de-fuego-robar-un-vehiculo-y-poseer-droga\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a hombre por presuntamente disparar arma de fuego, robar un veh\u00edculo y poseer droga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la audiencia celebrada el pasado 16 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso, el juez de control vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Jes\u00fas Javier &#8220;N&#8221; por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los hechos que la ley establece como delitos de disparo de arma de fuego, contra la salud en la modalidad de narcomenudeo y robo equiparado.<\/p>\n<p>El imputado, quien fue detenido en flagrancia por un hecho ocurrido en el municipio de Coquimatl\u00e1n cuando \u00e9ste circulaba en un veh\u00edculo con reporte de robo vigente y dispar\u00f3 con arma de fuego en contra de un elemento de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora luego de solicitar que detuviera la marcha. Al detenerlo y realizarle una inspecci\u00f3n a su persona, le fueron localizadas bolsitas pl\u00e1sticas conteniendo droga.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de que la FGE present\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes, el Ministerio P\u00fablico logr\u00f3 que el juez vinculara a proceso al hombre, le impusiera la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y concedi\u00f3 cuatro meses para llevar a cabo la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, dentro de los cuales el Ministerio P\u00fablico y las autoridades correspondientes continuar\u00e1n con el desarrollo de m\u00e1s actos de investigaci\u00f3n para esclarecer los hechos y garantizar el acceso a la justicia.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General reafirma su compromiso en la lucha contra la delincuencia y en la b\u00fasqueda de justicia para las v\u00edctimas de delitos, al tiempo que continuar\u00e1 trabajando en colaboraci\u00f3n con las autoridades para asegurar que los responsables de actos delictivos sean llevados ante la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la audiencia celebrada el pasado 16 de noviembre del a\u00f1o en curso, el juez de control vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Jes\u00fas Javier &#8220;N&#8221; por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los hechos que la ley establece como delitos de disparo de arma de fuego, contra la salud en la modalidad de narcomenudeo y robo equiparado.
