Esta reforma establece mecanismos de colaboraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectivos entre los tres niveles de gobierno \u2014federal, estatal y municipal\u2014, reforzando estrategias integrales para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos en esta materia.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEl bienestar de nuestra poblaci\u00f3n debe ser el eje de todo esfuerzo gubernamental. Esta reforma nos permite trabajar de manera coordinada y eficiente por un Colima m\u00e1s seguro y pac\u00edfico\u201d, destac\u00f3 el <a href=\"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/11\/12\/colima-avanza-en-la-transicion-agroecologica-con-propuesta-del-diputado-alfredo-alvarez\/\">Diputado Alfredo \u00c1lvarez<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En esta misma sesi\u00f3n, se aprob\u00f3 con 21 votos a favor el decreto que reforma los art\u00edculos 3, 4 y 73 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Esta reforma establece un marco legal s\u00f3lido para garantizar el bienestar animal, asegurando el trato digno y el respeto hacia todas las especies. Este avance marca un hito importante al reconocer el valor intr\u00ednseco de los animales como seres vivos que merecen condiciones adecuadas de cuidado y protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Colima ya hab\u00eda demostrado su liderazgo en la protecci\u00f3n animal al ser uno de los primeros estados en legislar sobre el bienestar de los animales en granjas. Gracias a una iniciativa impulsada por el Diputado Alfredo \u00c1lvarez, se incluyeron disposiciones espec\u00edficas para asegurar que los casi 9 millones de animales utilizados para consumo humano en el estado recibieran condiciones dignas de alimentaci\u00f3n, agua y alojamiento durante su crianza.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEs un orgullo que Colima haya sentado las bases para el trato \u00e9tico hacia los animales de granja. Hoy, con la reforma constitucional, damos un paso m\u00e1s hacia un marco nacional que fortalezca estas pr\u00e1cticas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el Diputado.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Las dos reformas reflejan un compromiso integral con el bienestar de la sociedad y de los seres vivos que comparten nuestro entorno. El Congreso del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la labor del Diputado Alfredo \u00c1lvarez y sus colegas, reafirma su compromiso con pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que beneficien tanto a las personas como a los animales, posicionando a Colima como un referente nacional en estas materias.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cSeguiremos trabajando por un Colima m\u00e1s humano, seguro y compasivo.
