del Estado mediante el siguiente comunicado informa que en relaci\u00f3n al hecho suscitado en la comunidad de Puerta de \u00c1nzar del municipio de Colima, el pasado 01 de octubre, se hacen las siguientes precisiones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desde que se tuvo conocimiento de la noticia criminal, este organismo aut\u00f3nomo inici\u00f3 con las investigaciones correspondientes para establecer los sucesos como en todos los casos que investiga esta dependencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con base en las evidencias que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n relacionadas con este hecho, no existen indicios que relacionen a elementos de corporaciones de seguridad en la sustracci\u00f3n de los presuntos responsables como circula en diversos medios de comunicaci\u00f3n digitales, en Facebook y aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea como WhatsApp, los cuales \u00fanicamente pretenden hacer creer una supuesta sustracci\u00f3n y posterior ejecuci\u00f3n extrajudicial por parte de elementos de la polic\u00eda estatal y de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las investigaciones siguen su curso y se estar\u00e1n informando los resultados correspondientes, a trav\u00e9s de los medios oficiales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGE hace un llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n a evitar ser part\u00edcipe de compartir contenido falso mediante
