Una pr\u00e1ctica que adem\u00e1s de ilegal, contraviene los principios del movimiento de regeneraci\u00f3n nacional que Griselda Mart\u00ednez vuelve a traicionar, como lo hizo desde que antepuso los intereses personales al bienestar de las y los manzanillenses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La presidenta saliente se aprob\u00f3 un bono de casi 300 mil pesos para ella misma, y para sus regidores y funcionarios de primer nivel otro de m\u00e1s de 250 mil. <\/strong>Mientras que neg\u00f3 tener pendientes con las y los trabajadores sindicalizados, o con los trabajadores de los regidores de oposici\u00f3n que fueron, en su momento, despedidos sin justificaci\u00f3n y justa compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Griselda Mart\u00ednez no puede negar que realiz\u00f3 este hecho con toda la intenci\u00f3n de beneficiarse, puesto que conoci\u00f3 del mismo desde que la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda lo aprob\u00f3 para presentarlo en el pleno del cabildo, y de nuevo en el cabildo, donde vot\u00f3 a favor del bono, a pesar de negarse a expresarlo en voz alta.<\/p>\n<p>A este abuso se suma la aprobaci\u00f3n de <strong>la compra de un predio por 40 millones de pesos a un particular, sin justificaci\u00f3n de utilidad prioritaria<\/strong> para el Ayuntamiento, sin una justificaci\u00f3n de para qu\u00e9 usar\u00e1 el gobierno municipal este nuevo bien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esta pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>, sacada del manual de los gobiernos prianistas a los que ahora pertenece la presidenta municipal saliente <strong>la conoc\u00edamos como el \u201ca\u00f1o de Hidalgo\u201d<\/strong>, vemos que aprendi\u00f3 muy bien las ma\u00f1as de sus nuevos amigos que aunque se pinten de otros colores, pri\u00edstas se quedan.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en el proceso de entrega-recepci\u00f3n <strong>sus colaboradores siguen sin entregar la informaci\u00f3n mediante oficio y soporte documental como est\u00e1n obligados a hacerlo<\/strong>. Osafic, el \u00f3rgano encargado de fiscalizar y vigilar este proceso, cit\u00f3 a una reuni\u00f3n para que el ayuntamiento saliente entregara la informaci\u00f3n solicitada mediante oficio, y las autoridades salientes no respondieron, y no se presentaron. Esa es la realidad: la presidenta saliente no cree en la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de los \u00f3rganos correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En medios y redes sociales<\/strong> afirma que en Transparencia est\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n que solicitamos, pero <strong>omite decir que mediante Transparencia la documentaci\u00f3n tiene un desfase y no toda est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea.<\/strong> Y para un proceso de transici\u00f3n verdaderamente democr\u00e1tico y responsable, no podemos actuar basados con informaci\u00f3n imprecisa.<\/p>\n<p>De nuevo le <strong>hacemos un llamado a la responsabilidad civil, que haya \u00e1nimo democr\u00e1tico y apego a la legalidad<\/strong>, por parte de las autoridades salientes, para lograr una entrega recepci\u00f3n a la altura de los y las manzanilleses.<\/p>\n<p>Al pueblo de Manzanillo le ratificamos nuestro compromiso de que realizaremos todas las acciones legales correspondientes para evitar que este abuso quede impune y que siempre nos conduciremos con la responsabilidad que el amplio respaldo popular puso en la administraci\u00f3n de la presidenta electa, Rosi Bayardo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado viernes 4 de octubre, en una sesi\u00f3n de cabildo extraordinaria, la presidenta municipal saliente y sus regidores votaron a favor de un bono de 25 millones por el concepto de \u201cremuneraci\u00f3n por concepto de subsistencia\u201d.
