{"id":10701,"date":"2024-09-30T19:39:09","date_gmt":"2024-10-01T01:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/?p=10701"},"modified":"2024-09-30T19:39:09","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T01:39:09","slug":"ley-de-asentamientos-humanos-debera-ser-prioridad-en-la-proxima-legislatura-de-colima-cmic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/masquenoticias.mx\/index.php\/2024\/09\/30\/ley-de-asentamientos-humanos-debera-ser-prioridad-en-la-proxima-legislatura-de-colima-cmic\/","title":{"rendered":"Ley de Asentamientos Humanos deber\u00e1 ser prioridad en la pr\u00f3xima legislatura de Colima: CMIC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br>Al reconocer tener buenas expectativas de la pr\u00f3xima legislatura local en Colima, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC), Julio Lugo Barriga expres\u00f3 que leyes como la de Asentamientos Humanos, deben ser prioritarias en el trabajo legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Apunt\u00f3 que actualmente en el estado se aplican 2 leyes, ya que en 2023 las y los legisladores locales hicieron modificaciones a la Ley de Asentamientos Humanos, sin embargo, algunos municipios, como Manzanillo, se ampararon por considerar que invade competencias municipales y limita la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Es por ello, precis\u00f3 que es necesario que se d\u00e9 una revisada a la ley y se hagan las modificaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Adem\u00e1s, dijo, otro tema para las y los nuevos legisladores es la modificaci\u00f3n a la Ley de Obra P\u00fablica Estatal, as\u00ed como su reglamentaci\u00f3n.<br>Aunado a ello, explic\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s de trabajar con los gobiernos en turno, como c\u00e1mara contrataron a un despacho de abogados para hacer un an\u00e1lisis y mejorar la Ley de Obra P\u00fablica Estatal que est\u00e1 vigente, para tratar de homologarla con la legislaci\u00f3n federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Tambi\u00e9n, consider\u00f3 se tiene que reformar la Ley de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico del Estado de Colima, \u201cestamos esperando que se haga ya algo al respecto y se est\u00e9 preparando el terreno para todo lo que viene para la entidad, principalmente para el Puerto de Manzanillo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Finalmente, Lugo Barriga reiter\u00f3 las buenas expectativas que tiene la c\u00e1mara con la nueva legislatura que entrar\u00e1 en funciones el pr\u00f3ximo 1\u00ba de octubre, con quienes buscar\u00e1n una vez asumido el cargo un acercamiento para retomar temas que se les plantearon durante la campa\u00f1a electoral y que se establezca una agenda formal para trabajar dichos temas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al reconocer tener buenas expectativas de la pr\u00f3xima legislatura local en Colima, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC), Julio Lugo Barriga expres\u00f3 que leyes como la de Asentamientos Humanos, deben ser prioritarias en el trabajo legislativo.
